Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy applies to LoreRipz.com and services operated by Kage Industries LLC, doing business as LoreRipz (“LoreRipz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact us at info@loreripz.com or 625 S 6th St STE 100A, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Order and contact information: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number when provided, products, quantities, order status, discounts, refunds, taxes, shipping amounts, channel, and customer-service messages. LoreRipz stores a one-way hash of the normalized checkout email—not the email itself—in its analytics tables to calculate repeat-buyer and aggregate customer-value metrics.
• Payment information: Stripe collects and processes payment credentials. LoreRipz receives payment status and limited transaction details, but does not receive or store full card numbers.
• Privacy-request information: email address, request type, details you provide, verification communications, status, and resolution notes.
• Consent information: an anonymous consent identifier, selected categories, action, timestamp, Global Privacy Control status, and policy version. We do not retain a full IP address solely to prove consent.
• Optional first-party analytics: after Analytics consent, a random 30-minute session identifier, page path, referrer hostname, campaign source, medium and campaign name, whether a Google Ads click identifier was present, product/cart/checkout actions, destination-action type, and timestamp. If an opted-in visitor begins checkout, the random session identifier may be attached to the order record to count website purchase conversions. We use this limited data to calculate page views, visits, landing pages, traffic sources, tagged campaign visits, shopping-funnel activity, TikTok/Discord actions, purchase and community conversion rates, and bounce rate. We recognize but do not store the Google click identifier itself. We do not include full URLs, other query-string values, full IP addresses, form contents, customer identity, or payment credentials in analytics events.
• Live-sale and community information: a display name, pack quantity, set, and logged hits when added to the public rip queue. Do not use a legal name if you do not want it displayed.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, requested URLs, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

2A. Store requests and reviews

If you request a one-time restock or future-drop notice, we store the email address, requested product, request type, status, consent wording, and time. This does not enroll you in general marketing. If you submit a product review, we store the display name, rating, title, review text, product, moderation status, time, and verified-purchase status when applicable. After Functionality consent, wishlist, recently viewed, and once-daily Pack Market display choices remain on your device unless you withdraw that consent or clear browser storage.

3. Why we use information

We use information to operate and secure the site; run the live queue; provide customer support; process, ship, and document orders; prevent fraud; keep accounting and tax records; honor privacy choices; answer verified privacy requests; and comply with law. Optional analytics, advertising, marketing, and third-party media operate only after the relevant consent, where required.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our consent tool blocks optional categories by default. Strictly necessary technology supports consent storage, site security, operator authentication, cart and checkout functions, payment processing, and fraud prevention. LoreRipz first-party traffic analytics activates only after Analytics consent. Optional device preferences and third-party card images activate only after Functionality consent. The current deployed site does not activate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, heatmaps, session recording, advertising tools, a newsletter SDK, or a livestream/social embed. 5. Processors and other recipients

• OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure host, deliver, secure, and store site data.
• Stripe will process checkout, payment, device, and fraud-prevention information when website checkout is activated. Stripe may act as a processor and, for some security and service purposes, under its own privacy terms.
• TikTok and Discord receive information only when you choose to follow an external link; no social embed or pixel currently loads on LoreRipz.com.
• Laughing Place, Star City Games’ BigCommerce image service, and Total Cards receive a normal image request only when Functionality consent is enabled.
• Professional advisers and authorities may receive information when reasonably necessary for accounting, legal claims, compliance, fraud prevention, or lawful requests.

We require service providers to use information for the services they provide, subject to their contracts and applicable law.

6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. The current site does not send visitor data to advertising platforms and does not use cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. Some state laws may call disclosures to advertising platforms “sharing” even when no money changes hands. If LoreRipz later enables TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, retargeting, or similar tools, they will remain blocked until Advertising/Marketing consent, will be disclosed here and in the Cookie Policy, and will remain blocked when Global Privacy Control is active.

7. Payments

When checkout is available, the website will create a Stripe-hosted Checkout session only after a shopper starts checkout. Stripe’s payment fields, checkout-session cookies, device signals, and fraud-prevention tools are treated as strictly necessary for the transaction. Do not place payment card information in search boxes, privacy requests, emails, queue names, or other site fields. LoreRipz does not send payment credentials or form contents to analytics or advertising providers.

8. Retention

We keep consent records for up to three years, raw first-party analytics events for up to 13 months, privacy requests and their resolution records for up to three years after resolution, and transaction/accounting records for up to seven years or longer when law or a dispute requires it. Live queue and rip-history data is kept until the operator clears or resets it. Security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security schedule. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

8A. Store-feature retention

Incomplete checkout-session records are kept for up to 13 months for funnel measurement. One-time product notification requests are kept until fulfilled or withdrawn. Published reviews remain while relevant; rejected reviews are removed on a reasonable schedule. The device-local cart remains until checkout, removal, or browser storage is cleared. Optional wishlist, recently viewed, and once-daily Pack Market display choices remain until Functionality consent is withdrawn or browser storage is cleared.

9. Security

We use access controls, protected operator routes, restricted server-side payment credentials, encrypted HTTPS connections, service-provider security controls, and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Never send full payment-card details by email or through a general form.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information, and may opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising and withdraw cookie consent. Submit through Privacy Choices or email us. We verify requests using only information reasonably necessary to confirm identity and authority. Authorized agents may be asked for proof of authorization.

Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of covered sales. We respond within 60 days and may take one 30-day extension when reasonably necessary after giving notice. Because LoreRipz does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, an opt-out request also records your preference against future covered sales.

11. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchases require an adult capable of entering a binding transaction.

12. Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes. For material changes, we will provide a prominent site notice and request consent again where the change affects consent choices. Consent also expires after 180 days and is requested again.
