Agreement
By using LoreRipz.com, you agree to these Terms and the posted policies. If you purchase through TikTok Shop or another marketplace, that platform’s terms also apply; these Terms govern the LoreRipz website and direct website orders.
Eligibility and conduct
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a purchase. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, impersonate others, scrape protected systems, submit unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access to operator tools.
Products, live rips, and availability
Card condition, finish, set, quantity, price, and availability are described in the applicable listing. Inventory may change or sell out. For a live rip, the product is opened on the customer’s behalf during the stream; once opening begins, cancellation is no longer available except where law requires or the item is incorrect, missing, or materially damaged.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and LoreRipz accepts fulfillment. We may cancel and refund orders affected by inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or legal restrictions. Stripe processes direct website payments; do not send card information by email or other forms.
Content and intellectual property
LoreRipz branding, site design, original text, and original media belong to Kage Industries LLC or its licensors. Disney Lorcana, character names, card art, TikTok, Discord, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship unless explicitly stated.
Disclaimers and liability
Collectible values and market prices fluctuate. Nothing on the site is financial or investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and LoreRipz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms prospectively and will post the revised date. Nevada law governs, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
