Where we ship
Direct LoreRipz.com checkout is configured for United States shipping when activated. Marketplace orders follow the destinations and methods shown by that marketplace.
Processing and tracking
Estimated processing and delivery timing will be shown at checkout or in the order confirmation when available. Live-rip orders are packed after the stream. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available; a label-created scan does not always mean the carrier has completed its first acceptance scan.
Coconut deck turnaround
Coconut decks and four-deck Coconut Packs are assembled to order. Please allow up to 14 days after purchase before shipment. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships and is separate from this build period. Orders containing both Coconut decks and other products may ship together after the Coconut build is complete.
Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins and may charge carrier costs for reshipment when an incorrect customer-provided address causes a return.
Damage, loss, and delivery issues
Inspect the package promptly. Email info@loreripz.com with the order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label for damage or a missing item. For carrier delay or loss, we may need your cooperation with a claim. A carrier’s delivery scan may be used as evidence of delivery, subject to applicable law and marketplace protections.
Packaging
Cards are packaged to reduce movement, moisture exposure, and bending during normal transit. High-value shipments may require additional tracking, insurance, or signature service.
